To track your order, please click here and enter your tracking number we sent you via e-mail. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details.
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to add or remove items after you complete it.
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please try the following:
- Check your order’s progress using the tracking number and link in your email confirmation.
- Check if an attempted delivery card has been left for you.
- Ask your neighbours if they’ve accepted your delivery for you.
- Check in any safe areas the driver may have left your package.
- If you still can’t find your order, get in touch here.
All items are subject to availability. Usually, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during exceptionally busy periods, demand can sometimes outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfil your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as we can.

We can only accept payment in GBP or Euros. International credit card providers or banks (excluding UK or EU) will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
Yes, all product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable ITALIAN VAT. For those customers wishing to claim back VAT on orders outside of the EU, please note that unfortunately we do not refund any VAT requests.
You’ll see the option to ‘Enter a Promo Code’ at the online checkout. To redeem the offer, just enter your code into the box. Only one code can be used per transaction. Make sure you do this before placing your order – promotion codes cannot be applied afterwards.
